Continued progress in advanced technology is not necessary. Already the technical progress in our world has caused severe pollution in the air and in the water. Although the technical progress in previous years has been helpful, recent technology has signifantly increased pollution. Another reason to stop technical progress is that many inventions which were developed for good causes are now also used for powerful weapons or have been found to have serious side effects. For example, pesticide put inside particle boards to prevent termites has now been found to be toxic to human life. Technology does not always bring good effect; for example, computers do much work faster than human, but then man loses his job to a machine. Because no man can guarantee that technology will have only good effects and will be used only for the benefit of man, we should delay the continued development of technology.

Over the years, many different systems of physical exercise designed to improve the health and appearance of the body have emerged. One of the best ever to come forth was Hatha Yoga, a form of Yoga consisting of various postures that exercise the whole body.                 Once a fisherman named Batara Guru Sahala lived in Batakland. Oneday, he caught a fish. To his surprise, he found that the fish could talk. It begged Sahala to set free. Sahala did accordingly.
                As soon as the fish was free. It changed in to a woman. She was so beautiful that the fisherman fell in love with. The woman agreed to marry Sahala. However, she told him that he must never fish. Sahala promised her that he would not tell anyone about it.
                They were happily married, and had two daughters. Every morning Sahala went out fishing. His daughter would bring him his lunch. Oneday, however, instead of bringing the food to their father, the girls ate it. When Sahala knew what they had done with his meal, he got very angry.
